How Our Order Process Works

At Vibrant Vapours, many of our products are freshly prepared in small batches as orders are received. Our shopping-window process gives us the time to prepare each order with care, intention, and attention to detail.

Cart Prep

Before our shopping window officially opens, we may offer cart prep.

Cart prep gives you the opportunity to browse available products and add your selections to your cart in advance. Preparing your cart ahead of time can help make checkout smoother and faster once the shopping window opens.

We recommend signing in to your Shop app account before preparing your cart. Please make sure your shipping address and payment information are complete and up to date.

When checkout opens the following day, you can return to the Vibrant Vapours website, review your prepared cart, and proceed directly to checkout.

Items added during cart prep will typically remain in your cart. However, adding an item to your cart does not reserve or guarantee the product.

Most Vibrant Vapours perfumes and body-care products, including body washes, body oils, lotions, and similar items, are not usually limited in quantity. However, select specialty and limited-batch products, such as Mystery Boxes, Build-A-Vibes, Desk Mates, Skin Candies, and similar items, may sell out before checkout is completed.
