Due to the personal-care, beauty, and fragrance nature of our products, all sales are final.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been shipped to a customer, including products that are unopened, opened, tested, applied, or used.

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review all product descriptions, scent notes, sizes, ingredients when listed, and other information provided on the product page so that you understand what you are purchasing.

Scent Preference

Fragrance is subjective and may smell different from person to person based on individual body chemistry, skin type, environment, application, and layering combinations.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds because:

• You do not like the fragrance.

• The fragrance smells different than expected.

• The fragrance smells different on your skin.

• You selected the wrong scent, product, or size.

• You changed your mind after placing the order.

We strongly encourage you to review all scent notes and the complete product description before purchasing. If you are unsure about a scent, you may purchase a 10 mL rollerball, when available, to sample the fragrance before committing to a larger size.
